  • Joint Stability - Tuesdays @ 5pm (in person)

    • intention: this offering supports your joints by reconnecting with your body’s neuromuscular stability. mentally, build trust in your body's messages and ability to move with care. physically, explore the brain-body connection that helps muscles activate more evenly and support your joints with more balance.

    • structure: this class is low to the ground and starts with gentle isometric movements and practices that wake up deep stabilizing muscles. from there, we transition into poses that gently reinforce healthy joint support and body awareness. This offering is ideal for anyone with joint conditions, chronic pain, or looking to feel more safe, steady, and supported in their movement.

  • Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath - Wednesdays @ 7pm (in person)

    • intention: deep restoration, somatic release of tension, guided meditation, sound healing, yoga nidra. deepen your connection with yourself for a greater sense of harmony and healing.

    • structure: class starts with yoga philosophy or biophysical science that supports mental health, followed by a gentle yoga practice to find some ease within the body. Finishes with a sound bath infused with yoga nidra elements.
