Since yoga has an integrated biopsychosocial-spiritual perspective on wellness, you’ll be introduced to a variety of concepts and practices in session with me. We explore greater ease in the body through trigger point release, strengthening, and relaxation. With curiosity we’ll experience different breathing techniques and mudras to find what’s regulating for our bodies and minds. Yoga philosophy offers potential perspective shifts that can help us come into better alignment with life to allow for more fullness and joy. Yoga Nidra, sound baths, and mantra are elements given for deep restoration and self discovery.
