Tuesdays: 5:30pm -8:30pm for Private Yoga
Friday: 6:30pm-8:30pm for Private Yoga or Sound Bath

  • In private sessions we’ll co-create a supportive practice for your life, whether you have a specific goal in mind or just want to reach more of your capacity for flourishing. With a focus on your motivations and what works for you we’ll open the treasure trove of yogic practices and philosophy to support your wellbeing.

  • A private sound bath for 1 person.

    Bathe in the soothing sounds of singing bowls, voice, and rich tones of a symphonic gong. Let your tension melt away in the blossoming sounds of the ocean drum and celtic harp.

  • A private sound bath for 2-8 people.

Body Mechanics

Creating greater levels of ease, tension relief, and stability in the body. Especially tension in the shoulders, jaw, and neck that can contribute to headaches and migraines

Body Awareness

The development of greater proprioception (where you are in space) and interoception (what’s going on inside of you)

Spirituality

Exploration of the timeless, spaceless aspect of your being and it’s connection with source. All spiritualities and religions welcome.

Sound Bath

Relaxation into a sea of soothing instruments and voice

Meditation

Full of guided imagery or techniques to befriend the mind and connect to your higher self, regulate the nervous system, and process emotions

Sensory Overwhelm/Overload

Tools and practices to dislodge the sensory debris of your surroundings for greater restoration and peacefulness
